Uchechi’s journey up the corporate ladder into the boardroom has not been as straight as a pen but mixed with a myriad of finely crafted mosaic and broken stained glass experiences. She's seen it all from fireside chats with anxious individuals needing clarity to negotiate delicate workplace conflicts. She doesn’t just hear you; she listens. Udoka Okonta (MBA, M.SC)

Udoka is a dynamic problem solver, dedicated to empowering individuals to navigate their career paths, pivoting from their current circumstances with precision and purpose. Over the past five years, what began as informal support for friends and family has blossomed into a sought-after service, driven by referrals and a keen awareness of the evolving job market. With a knack for asking tough questions and a keen eye for detail, Udoka guides individuals from entry-level interns to senior executives, considering all relevant factors that shape their career trajectories.

His expertise extends beyond individual coaching to assisting businesses in unraveling the intricacies of their operations, illuminating the "whys" and "how" and devising strategic roadmaps toward a defined Target Operating Model. With a diverse background across Banking, Consulting, Logistics, Information Technology, Higher Education, and the Charity sector, Udoka has experience leading Business Development, Business and Digital Transformation, and Data Governance, leveraging Systems-Thinking principles to drive impactful Change Management. He is also an Associate Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (AFHEA) in the United Kingdom, where he uses his spare time to impart knowledge, with research interests in Systems-Thinking, Business Process Improvement, Emerging Technologies, and Sustainability.
